Today for activity #2 day #3 we had to fill in the Pepeha which was hard but I finally got some finished. This was a bit hard to understand. But at least go some bits done.
Ruby here from the Summer Learning Journey team. Well done! This is a good start on your pepeha. I think that knowing our pepeha is important as it acknowledges our ancestry and history. Also, I think it helps us figure out who we are.
I see that you are from Tonga. How long have you been in New Zealand?
I look forward to reading more of your blog. Cheers, Ruby.

Hi Vivanisi,
ReplyDeleteDo you not live near a mountain? My maunga is Mount Wellington, or Maungarei. Although I do not have a waka.
Keep it up
