Tech Reflection - Tamaki College Cooking

Today for cooking we baked chocolate chip cupcakes. I worked by myself. The ingredients we used to bake this was self rising flour, chocolate chips, sugar, 1 large egg, coco powder and milk. The measurement for flour was 1 1/2 a cup, then 1/2 a cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of coco powder and 1/2 a cup of milk. We all waited maybe for 5 minutes for the cupcakes to be ready and rise. Our teacher is Mrs Tu'ipulotu... i put whipped cream on top of mine.
